Abstract

Describes five categories of cancer therapy that oncologists may call lower toxicity, including targeted small molecules, checkpoint inhibitors, and antibody-drug conjugates. Notes that one investigational approach discussed is not FDA approved and is available only through trials or expanded access routes.

Educational content only. It is not medical advice. Targeted Osmotic Lysis is investigational and is not FDA approved for any indication. Talk with your own oncology team about any treatment decision.
